Specialist Counselling, Trauma-Informed Practice & Professional Contribution
I am a counsellor, practitioner and advocate specialising in trauma, abuse, relationships and the impact of adversity across the lifespan. My work is rooted in compassion, safety, and a deep understanding of the experiences that shape how people relate to themselves, others and the world around them.
Alongside my therapeutic practice, I contribute to wider conversations around trauma, inequality, abuse and recovery through writing, speaking engagements, professional networks and national initiatives.
My work has been recognised through publications, conferences and collaborations with organisations committed to improving understanding, prevention and responses to abuse and trauma.
